PhoneCheckr lets you validate and enrich phone number lists in bulk. Upload a CSV file, map the column that contains your numbers, and get back a detailed report showing carrier name, line type (mobile, landline, VOIP), and validity for every number. Free for basic validation; full carrier reports are $0.01 per lookup.
